SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free lettermail shipping on orders over $29.99. We offer free tracked shipping over $100.

Shipping to United States
We would love to ship to the USA - we normally do - but the tariff changes have made it extremely challenging. As a small business with most of our customers in Canada, the added costs are unfortunately too high for us to absorb or pass along fairly. We hope this situation improves soon.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped from our production studio in Kimberley, BC, you will receive an email with your parcel's tracking information. Please note that orders shipped via Canada Post Lettermail do not include tracked shipping. Please allow up to 15 business days for Lettermail delivery, and reach out to us at beekeeper@moodybee.com if your order doesn't arrive within that timeframe.

The tracking information says my parcel has been delivered but it hasn't arrived.
Please allow an additional 48 hours after your delivery notification as there can occasionally be delays between when an order is marked as delivered, and when it actually arrives. If your parcel still hasn't arrived after 48 hours, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

My parcel arrived damaged.
We're so sorry your parcel didn't arrive safely! Please contact us with photos of the delivery, and we'll be happy to help you as quickly as possible.

 

REWARDS & POINTS

How do I earn points?
You can earn points in several ways:

Sign up: Get 250 points just for joining our rewards program.
Place an order: Earn 5 points for every $1 spent.
Follow us on Instagram: Earn 50 points.
Like us on Facebook: Earn 50 points.

How do the rewards work?
Your points accumulate in your account and can be redeemed for discount coupons. The more points you earn, the larger your reward!

How do I redeem points?
You can redeem your points for coupons by clicking on the rewards icon in the bottom left corner of our website:

500 points - Receive a $5 off coupon
1,000 points - Receive a $10 off coupon
1,500 points - Receive a $15 off coupon
2,000 points - Receive a $20 off coupon

Can you help me choose which products are right for me?
Yes, of course! We're always happy to answer your questions or offer advice. You can find all of our contact details here.

Do you use ingredients containing gluten?
No, we don't. Please note that we are not a gluten free facility.

Are your products safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Our products are generally regarded as safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding, however, we always recommend consulting a health professional for advice.

Do you test on animals?
Definitely not! We have never tested on animals, and we never will.

What are your expiry dates?
Our products are formulated to have a minimum shelf life of two years, unopened. This shelf life is based on products being stored in a cool, dry place

Please note that because our products are free from chemical preservatives, heat, exposure to direct sunlight or humidity may affect their shelf life. Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns.

ORDERS AND BILLING

Can I change an order after it's been placed?
We ship orders as quickly as possible. This means we are often unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you might have and we will do our best to help.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes we do! You can find all of our Gift Card options here. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
